Dispersion strengthened copper is a copper alloy that uses ultrafine alumina particles for dispersion strengthening. This alloy cannot be heat treated. This material uniquely combines high strength and high conductivity, which is unmatched by other copper alloy systems.Rosen has developed high performance dispersion strengthened copper(CuAl2O3).Our dispersion strengthened copper meet standard of C15760,RWMA CLASS 20,AWS J1.3.Copper aluminum oxide has exceptional resistance to deformation when welding and it is highly recommended for weld caps when welding coated and galvanized steels.CuAl2O3 are popular to used for resistance welding electrodes, seam welding wheels, back up bars,MIG welding tips etc.
