Laminated copper shunt is a flexible copper connector,and it is made of many thin layers of laminated copper press-welded at both ends.Copper Shunts are produced from high conductivity,flexible electrolytic copper foils/sheets.Rosen design and supply various shapes of copper shunts and flexible copper connector,such as F type straight shunt,L/J shape shunt,C shape shunt and V shape shunt etc.In order to ensure shunt’s quality,our laminated shunts adopt advanced polymer diffusion welding technology and use highest quality copper materials.Then,copper foil laminates are press-welded together through high current heating pressure welding molding.Besides,our welding shunts are made to customer specified dimensions and tolerances.So the copper shunts are widely used for spot welding,seam welding etc.resistance welding machine.
- Copper foil thickness: 0.1mm,0.2mm,0.5mm or customized.
- Copper shunt contact surface: Galvanized or silver according to user requirements
Description of Pressure Welding Shunt:
- When A is greater than 90mm, B greater than 60mm: the use of contact surface paste copper (1mm thick) pressure welding process, see Figure (I) program
- When A is greater than 140mm, B is greater than 130mm: the brazing process, see Figure (II) program
To order you need to determine:
- Copper Shunt type:Type F(Straight),Type C(180),Type J/L(90),Type V(45);
- Lamination shunt foil/sheet thickness: 0.1mm,0.15mm,0.2mm,0.5mm
- Laminated copper shunt thickness
- Laminated welding shunt width
- Welding shunt length
- Hole diameter,hole pattern,number and location
Laminated Copper Shunt Applications:
- Power plants
- Resistance welding
- Transformer
- Generators
- Switchgear
