SMF400,SMF600,SMF800 medium frequency spot welding controller is a inverter control system.What is the medium frequency welding controller principle?Firstly,three phase AC is rectified to direct current by rectifier.and then inverter the direct current into a new AC through a bridge circuit composed of IGBTs.Input to Mid-frequency welding transformer,the secondary of the transformer is equipped with a rectifier diode to convert the welding current to direct current.They are popular used for spot and projection welding application.
