Tungsten copper rod is a high heavy alloy material,It is a mixture of tungsten and copper,and manufactured via pressing and sintering.Tungsten copper rod has exceptional properties.it has high wear resistance,high thermal and electrical conductivity,resistance to high temperature and electrical erosion and low thermal expansion.Tungsten copper rods are widely used in copper tungsten contacts in high voltage applications,tungsten copper heat sinks and electronic packaging material in thermal applications,resistance welding electrode and EDM electrode applications.Rosen develop various tungsten/copper ratios rods.The most typical tungsten/copper ratios are W70Cu30 and W80Cu20.We also supply W90Cu10,W95Cu5,W60Cu40,W50Cu50 etc.tungsten copper rods.
