Weld Gun Insulation Tape Instructions:
Rosen’s welding tong insulation tape is sealed in an aluminum-plastic composite bag. It is ready to use, no special equipment is required for use. Just simply soak the bandage in water for a few seconds, then wrap and shape, and it can be cured within 10 minutes, and it will show perfect mechanical protection after 24 hours.
Insulation Tape Operation Steps:
- Clean the surface of the gun arm.
- Wear goggles and latex gloves.
- Open a bag each time (can not open multiple bags at the same time), Pour the water into the packaging bag,soak gun tape in water of about 25 degrees Celsius for 3-5 minutes, so that the tape is fully filled with water, then squeeze out excess water.
- Wrap the insulation tape gradually along a 45 degree angle, overlapping 1/3 of the previous circle every time, and apply a little force so that the tape can be shaped.
- At 20 degrees Celsius, it will reach the non-sticky state in 4 minutes, it can be cured and formed in 8-10 minutes, and the requirement of complete curing within 24 hours
Safty:
- The tape needs to be stored in the environment of 5-30 degrees Celsius, valid for the year.
- Before opening the package, please check the package for damage. If the tape has solidified and hardened, it cannot be used any more.
- Wear goggles and latex gloves when working.
- After use, wash your hands with washing liquid.
- If the liquid accidentally splashed into the eyes, should immediately rinse with water, and ask a doctor for treatment.
