The nut feeder is an automatic nut screening machine combined with a nut projection welding machine.The automatic nut feeder uses the principle of magnetic field vibration and material rail selection to select the nut and transport it to the nut electrode of the projection welding machine through a cylinder,which avoid the risk of being crushed by the nut electrode when manually placing the nuts. And improves the efficiency and quality of projection welding.
The nut feeder can also be combined with other automation equipment to realize full automation of nut projection welding.
